Is that right to burn ivory?

Wildlife management needs funds to empower the conservation. Ivory obtained (captured) will be used to generate Billion’s of money that can support the survival of the few remaining species .
Is it true that burning is the best options?

  1. Burning of elephant tusk is not a sustainable way of efficiently utelizing the resources rather is selling out the tusk. The only way that managers should take into account is using the tusk in generating income without taking the tusks into the market, which can only be done through building up of a elephant tusk museum when research, tourist and other interested scholar can pay for the look and also preserve it for more future generations to come.
Wildlife conservation is all about adaptive management and critical resolution of problems……..
